What You’ll Build: Three Levels of Capacity

Our courses develop your skills across three interconnected levels because lasting change requires working on yourself, the surrounding systems, and the processes that bring people together.

Self/Individual: Lead and facilitate from the insithe surrounding systems,de out: Deepen your personal capacity to lead, collaborate, and drive change, building the self-awareness and relational skills that make you effective across any context.

System: See the bigger picture: Learn to read the dynamics at play in complex collaborations, recognize what’s working, spot what’s holding things back, and find the right moments and places to make a difference.

Process: Turn intention into shared action: Design and facilitate co-creative change processes that build genuine ownership, keep diverse stakeholders aligned, and sustain momentum through to real results.

Enroll as a team
Tailored to your context: Taking a course together turns shared learning into shared practice. Apply the tools directly to your real projects, side by side.
On-Site Courses

Real learning doesn’t happen in a straight line. It happens when you step into unfamiliar territory, make mistakes, try again, and suddenly see things differently. Our courses are designed to create exactly that kind of space, where experimentation is encouraged, failure is part of the process, and genuine breakthroughs become possible.

Your Learning Experience

Built on 15+ years of experience, our open courses challenge assumptions and open new pathways for how you lead and collaborate. Each course is shaped by four interconnected aspects of learning:

  1. Understand:
Step outside your usual context and build understanding through stories, hands-on exercises, and real-world cases. We create space to pause, question routines that no longer serve their purpose, and see the bigger picture.
  2. Empower:
Connect what you learn directly to your own work, reflecting on your leadership across individual, team, and system levels, so the methods become genuinely yours.
  3. Achieve:
Translate long-term aspirations into structured strategies and realistic next steps, turning insight into concrete action.
  4. Connect:
Exchange with peers from around the world through peer coaching, FeedForward, and a community where everyone can show up fully and contribute without judgment.
