Certification doesn't end when the course does.

The Community of Practice is where Collective Leadership Specialists stay connected, long after the workshop closes. It's where the real, ongoing, and sometimes messy work of practicing collective leadership actually happens: reflecting on real experience, exploring challenges, and deepening practice in the company of peers from around the world.

What happens inside

Designing and facilitating spaces and processes for change is easier with a network of people understanding how complex transformation can be, and no one has to navigate it alone.
So in our community, we:

Celebrate and practice circles and peer exchange

Help each other to open the space to reflect and learn

Value regional and international dialogue

Share tools, methods, and stories to enrich each other's practices

Holding conversations emerging from real transformation work

Continuing the exchange through learning journeys, partnerships, and the Transformation Literacy Conference

This is not a space for polished answers or perfect success stories. It is a space where people can show up as they are: reflect honestly, challenge assumptions, learn across contexts, and continue growing through shared practice. It is a space where we can find belonging, alongside other practitioners; where we can find inspiration when we are out of answers; and where we can find support when complexity becomes overwhelming.

Today, the Community of Practice brings together 400+ members across the network from 40+ countries—facilitators, practitioners, partners, and changemakers who keep exchanging experience, questions, and ideas across different transformation contexts.

These enabling spaces are self-organized by members. Once a year in September, CLI invites for the Re:Connect gathering. This is where the Community of Practice:
reconnects, exchanges on the latest developments, brings in real cases and challenges, iterates how the community works in the future, and identifies collaboration opportunities and partnerships.
