CLI offers flexible delivery formats to accommodate different needs and circumstances:

• In-Person Training
  CLI facilitators travel to your location to deliver training in person. Requires a suitable venue with a projector, flipcharts, and space for group work.
• Hybrid Training
  Your team gathers in one location while CLI facilitators join virtually via Zoom or Teams. Combines in-person team interaction with expert facilitation.
• Multi-Location Hybrid
  For distributed teams or restricted gatherings, CLI connects multiple small groups (3-4 locations) with each other and with facilitators virtually.
• Virtual Training
  Fully online delivery where each participant connects from their own location. Works like CLI’s online intensive trainings with full interaction and engagement.
