Where people, practice, and transformation meet

Transformation work can be inspiring. It can also be deeply complex, demanding, and, at times, isolating. Across institutions, partnerships, and systems, people are constantly navigating tensions, building relationships, holding uncertainty, and trying to move meaningful change forward—often without spaces to truly reflect, exchange, or learn together.

Transformation work does not end with a workshop, project, or conference. Through Communities of Practice, learning journeys, collaborative initiatives, and ongoing exchange spaces, practitioners continue reflecting together, sharing experiences, exploring challenges, and deepening their practice over time.

CLI’s work is shaped not only by methodologies but also by the people who hold spaces, navigate complexity, and accompany transformation processes over time. The core team brings together diverse experiences across facilitation, systems thinking, governance, and multi-actor collaboration—connected through a shared commitment to collective practice.

Transformation work requires diverse, interdisciplinary expertise. CLI’s Pool of Experts brings together facilitators, researchers, coaches, and practitioners from around the world—each contributing depth across areas like systems transformation, peacebuilding, governance, and collective leadership.

Whether you are already working in transformation contexts or looking to deepen your practice within a global network, the Pool of Experts offers a way to contribute, collaborate, and grow.

The Community of Practice is where certified practitioners continue the work together: reflecting on real experience, exploring challenges, and deepening their practice in the company of peers from around the world.

It is a space shaped by shared commitment rather than shared geography—and by the understanding that transformation work is never done alone.

Transformation Literacy Conference (TLC)

The conference brings together practitioners, facilitators, institutional actors, researchers, and leaders from around the world to explore the realities, tensions, and possibilities of transformation work. Rather than focusing only on polished success stories, TLC creates space for honest reflection, lived experience, experimentation, and collective learning across disciplines and sectors.

Transformation Literacy Branding

Instead of working in competition, I can help people understand that together, we are stronger.
