At the heart of our annual program, therefore, we seek to empower up to 10, diverse peacebuilders aged 20-35 through a series of courses focused on looking inwardly to help navigate their own challenges and looking outwardly to collectively lead peacebuilding dialogues, initiatives, and networks.
Navigating inner wounds, emotional challenges, personal peace. Personal transformation as a precondition for collective impact.
Co-creating change initiatives and driving peacebuilding efforts with purpose and sustained commitment. As well as tools to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and design and guide collaborative networks.
Graduates join the global intergenerational Collective Leadership Specialist Community. Currently buried — surface it as a concrete long-term benefit.
Supported by a full scholarships by a growing community of donors and led by expert facilitators from the Collective Leadership Institute and our inner peacebuilding partner, Depth Work, the program creates different circles and safespaces for exchange, growth and insight. By nurturing relationships between emerging and seasoned leaders, we strive to create a resilient and mutually-supportive community committed to peace and sustainability.
Fellows have joined from conflict-affected regions across the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Southeast Asia
