Project context

In November 2024, CLI hosted a “Transformative Collaboration” workshop for GIZ staff active in several energy cluster hydrogen projects. The workshop concept combined leadership skills trained with the Collective Leadership Compass with getting things done in diverse stakeholder settings where the Dialogic Change Model provided guidance on how to do it. The participants explored in working with both methodologies on two real cases of advancing preconditions for implementing green hydrogen projects at large scale. On the final day, concrete action plans for the two projects, as well as personal committments for enhancing collective leadership practices were produced.
