Power over, under, or with? Join Carolin Goethel for a competency exchange on “Navigating the Seen and Unseen Power Dynamics in Groups.” As facilitators of dialogue and change processes, Carolin will guide us in:
- Exploring the complexities and nuances of “power” within and between us
- Building a shared understanding of “rank” and reflecting on how it shows up in your own life and work
- Practicing moving away from a “power over” towards a “power with” paradigm as facilitators
This is a 90-minute session, followed by an optional, extended time for deepening discussion.
